We are proud to be a member of Macular Society – an organisation who are dedicated to beat macular disease. Age-related macular degeneration (AMD) is the biggest cause of sight loss in the UK, affecting more than 700,000 people. Macular Society is one of the few sight loss charities that strive to end macular disease through funding research, building scientific capacity, facilitating communication and involving patients.
