We accept returns under the following conditions:

•Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

•Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.

•Certain items, such as custom or prescription eyewear, are non-returnable unless faulty.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at info@sightathome.co.uk with your order details. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

•A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

•Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a faulty item.

If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us at info@sightathome.co.uk. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing info@sightathome.co.uk with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

•Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.

•We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
